What You Cannot Post

To maintain the quality and integrity of our platform, the following content is strictly prohibited:

🚫 Fake & Morphed Content

  • AI-Generated Deepfakes: Any artificially created, manipulated, or AI-generated sexual content depicting real people without their explicit consent.
  • Edited/Morphed Images: Photos that have been digitally altered, morphed, or photoshopped to depict sexual acts or create false representations.
  • Face-Swapped Content: Any content where faces have been swapped onto bodies without consent.
  • Manipulated Videos: Deepfake videos or any manipulated video content showing non-consensual sexual acts.
Consequence: Immediate removal without warning. Repeated violations will result in permanent account ban.

🚫 Child Safety Violations

  • Prohibited Content: Any content depicting minors (anyone under 18) in sexual, suggestive, or exploitative situations is absolutely forbidden.
  • CSAM Reporting: We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any such content will be immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
  • Grooming Content: Any content designed to sexualize, groom, or exploit minors.
  • Links & References: Do not post links or references to illegal content involving minors.
Consequence: Permanent ban and potential legal action. Your account information will be reported to authorities.

🚫 Channel Promotion & Spam

  • Excessive Self-Promotion: Do not repeatedly post content with the primary purpose of directing users to external platforms (OnlyFans, social media, streaming services, etc.).
  • Watermarks & Branding: While small watermarks are acceptable, excessive branding with external links or channel names will be removed.
  • Spam Links: Do not use image descriptions or album titles to post external links, promotional codes, or referral links.
  • Duplicate Promotional Content: Posting the same promotional message across multiple albums or using multiple accounts for cross-promotion.
  • QR Codes & Contact Info: QR codes, phone numbers, email addresses, or social media handles intended for promoting external channels are not permitted.
Consequence: Content removal, account warnings, and possible temporary or permanent suspension.

🚫 Other Prohibited Content

  • Copyrighted Material: Do not upload copyrighted content you don't own or have permission to use.
  • Violence & Hate Speech: Content promoting violence, illegal activities, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
  • Revenge Porn & Non-Consensual Content: Any explicit content shared without the depicted person's consent.
  • Harassment & Threats: Content designed to harass, threaten, or intimidate individuals or groups.
  • Malware & Phishing: Links or files intended to infect computers or steal personal information.
  • Illegal Content: Any content that violates local, national, or international laws.

Our Moderation Policy

Monitoring & Enforcement

  • All content is subject to automated and manual review by our moderation team.
  • We may remove content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.
  • Violations may result in warnings, content removal, account restrictions, or permanent bans.
  • Serious violations (child exploitation, illegal content) are reported to law enforcement.

Account Warnings & Suspension

  • First Violation: Automatic warning and content removal.
  • Second Violation: Temporary account suspension (7-30 days).
  • Third Violation: Permanent account ban.
  • Serious Violations: Immediate permanent ban without warning (CSAM, non-consensual content, threats).

Appeals Process

If you believe your content was removed or your account was suspended in error, you may submit an appeal through our contact form. Our team will review your case within 7 business days. Please note that frivolous appeals may not receive a response.

Best Practices for Content Creators

  • Get Consent: All individuals in your uploaded content must have given explicit consent to be posted.
  • Verify Authenticity: Ensure your content is authentic and not AI-generated, morphed, or deepfaked.
  • Descriptive Titles & Tags: Use accurate titles and appropriate tags to help users find content and for content categorization.
  • Respect Privacy: Do not post personal information (phone numbers, addresses, real names) without consent.
  • Report Issues: If you see content that violates these guidelines, please report it using the report button on the content page.
  • Use Private Albums: If you want to share content with specific people, use our private album feature instead of public posting.

Reporting Violations

See something that violates these guidelines? Please report it immediately:

  • Use the "Report" button on any image, video, or album page.
  • Provide detailed information about why the content violates our guidelines.
  • For CSAM or illegal content, also report to the appropriate authorities.

DMCA & Copyright Takedown Requests

If you believe your copyrighted content has been uploaded to HotPic.cc without your permission, you may submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown request.

To file a DMCA claim, please contact us through our DMCA. Include details about the copyrighted work and the infringing content, and we will review and respond to your request in accordance with applicable law.
